Bacon should never be opt out

I'm a fan of Seth Godin's writing. I'm no marketeer, but his writing speaks to me.

I like reading his latest post the second thing I do every morning. I don't always agree, but I like how he challenges the reader's values, intentions, purpose. And whether or not I do agree, I'd like to think that simply making a conscious decision makes me better at my work.

Money quote from today's post, "Opt in and opt out":

"Bacon should never be opt out. Sorry, but that's just the way I feel."

Couldn't agree more. Not that that's the point of this particular post, but yeah, everything needs more bacon. Including bacon.
