It's Tuesday morning... let's see if I can stay off the soft drinks for a week. Oh, and no coffee either.

    Good luck with your week! I broke the horrible addiction a number of years ago and now pretty well avoid caffeine, when I’m up til 3 am debugging something, I’m doing it because of personal motivation and desperation… not the artificial stuff.

  5. This is funny, I didn’t think anybody would be interested in this post. It’ll be interesting to see what happens the next week or so.

    I’m trying to break my 3-liter diet soda a day habit now (too much acid for my teeth). I found that Coke distributes a diet lemonade (~40 calories in one 2-liter) that kicks ass. Good way to get the same satisfaction without the caffiene and acid.

  9. Headaches will be a common feature when u give up coffee/soda all of a sudden. Suggestion: Cut down on it slowly. Also, eat some fruits when you can.
