“Coffee and Code” event in Microsoft Southfield office

If you are located near Southfield, MI, I will be holding an in-person app-building event for Windows Store apps on Thursday Dec 6 from 9am-noon.  Please register at https://win8southfield.eventbrite.com. 

Official description:

Take the time this holiday season to invest in yourself!  Spend a few hours with a Microsoft evangelist to take your Windows Store application for Windows 8 to the next level.  Whether you are just getting started with Windows 8 development, or you have an app in progress but you are currently stuck on an issue, or you just need help with the last step of submitting to the Windows Store, we are here to help unblock you. 

The format of the event will be open application development, with lightning talks as needed.  Please bring a laptop with your current Windows Store app.  Coffee will be provided.
