Welcome Chuck!

Just under two weeks ago, Charles Sterling (aka Chuck) joined our team to lead our Team System community efforts.  I'm really excited to have him join us and have high expectations of the impact he'll have on our team.  It's been fun watching him reorient to being back in Redmond after being Down Under for an extended period of time. Now we just need to get him to rename his blog!
