The many faces of quality
Brian's been compiling a great series of posts regarding managing quality which I would highly recommend reading. His latest post about community feedback provides a view in on how we think about this important aspect of our development process. People are regularly asking me how we do things on the Team System team and these are great real world examples of the quality assurance systems we have in place. Being someone that pours over reports and is regularly thinking about how to communicate information (and not just data) through them, I'm fascinated about what we're doing in this area. It's so important that people remember that 'quality' isn't just about tracking bugs.

Perhaps someday we'll convince Brian to write a book on the topic...but don't hold your breath...I'm not sure he could sit still long enough. :-)
