Work item type rules

Sometimes I feel a little like I'm sitting at an information desk in a mall directing people to what they're looking for.  People keep stopping by to ask questions so I assume it's helpful.  Anyway, I was just reading Gregg's request for feedback on work item type rules in Team Foundation and thought I'd direct your attention there if you're interested in providing your thoughts.
