Blogging again

I can't believe it...it's been just over 5 months since I last posted a blog entry when TFS shipped on March 17th.  Since then I've spoken to various user groups, reviewed many pieces of feedback from customers, and have been busy working with our team laying out the plans for future releases of Team System.  It's been a busy time and I have to say it's exciting to hear about how things are going with VSTS deployments around the world.

Now that my blogging hiatus is over, I'm hoping to touch on a number of topics in the near future including:

  • managing large software projects
  • "dogfooding" Team System
  • fostering community
  • reporting status
  • driving adoption
  • integrating customer feedback

I picked these topics because they're related to what I do on a day-to-day basis.  As you read about how we do things in VSTS-land, I'd love to hear back from you on how your teams solve similar problems. We're always looking for ways to improve and I'm hopeful that the interchange of ideas is beneficial to all.

Are there other topics you'd like me to cover as it relates to day-to-day life for the VSTS team?  Please let me know.

Thanks!
