Daylight saving changes - 3rd party cab now available

I blogged late December about the Daylight Saving Changes that are being implemented as part of the Energy Policy Act.

The details of how to change the registry to support this modification are located HERE

It also seems that someone has taken the changes required and rolled them into a CAB file.

This CAB file is NOT supported by Microsoft and caution should be taken when making changes to the registry but it may be a useful item for many customers.
