Stop sending yourself emails with Exchange Activesync

Ed Hansberry has just produced a great article detailing how to prevent you getting copies of emails when you reply/reply all.

    Although sadly he concludes

"Update: Well, this isn’t working. I thought it had fixed the problem but then today i started getting replies to myself from "Reply All’s" I’ve done, so I’ve reactivated my kill-filter on myself. "

and as another user comments "yeah, did not work for me either. It is utterly stupid (the reply-all implementation on WM)."

Any news when MS might fix this bug / feature?

It worked for me, strangely.  I had to be sure that my email address was entered correctly, including capital letters, etc.  But it worked.

  3. MSDNArchive says:

You need to put in your primary SMTP email address and it will work
