The most expensive wifi ever??

I was presenting at an event up in Leeds this week and I was demo’ing our MSFP solution live.  I needed access to our test Exchange 2003 server for the demonstration however and the Hotel the event was in did not have a free Wifi or fixed line Internet connection (as most conference rooms did)

So I had to buy a 12 hour WiFi Access card for the demo.

I nearly fell down though when I got charged £70 for 12 hours of WiFi!

That is the most expensive WiFi access I have ever bought anywhere in the world!!!

Thankfully the demo worked seamlessly remotely killing my device, pushing email etc… so it was worth it :)

So how much for a room ?  :))

Amusingly – the room was £100 – but I guess I got to stay there longer than 12 hours :)
