Managing your Windows infrastructure from Windows Mobile devices

Following on from my post in relation to the CompactDBA solution - I thought it'd be useful to provide a detailed list of other management solutions so that IT professionals can manage their infrastructure from outside the office, whilst travelling and mobile!

The majority of products are only available for Pocket PC devices due to the larger screen size of the PPC.  However there are some great solutions out there:
