Expansys have released details of the iMate SP5 and SP5m devices.  These are both Windows Mobile 5 devices with the 'm' signifying that the device has Music Buttons... (and will store more than 100 tracks ;) )  The 'm' version is the device on the left. 

They both feature a 176 x 220, 65,000-colour display, VGA digicam and 80211b, USB and Bluetooth connectivity. 

The phone ships with 64MB of ROM and 64MB of RAM for contacts, emails and MP3's. Store extra MP3's on Mini SD cards. There is a dedicated Play/Pause and Track Skip buttons on the front of the phone. The handset supports a range of formats: Video playback (MPEG 4, WMP and Motion-JPEG) and Audio playback (SP Midi, WAV, WMA MP3 and AMR-NB) software

Measuring 107.54mm(L) x 46.2mm(W) x 17/17.5mm(T), the NEw i-Mate Sp5 Music Phone weighs 106g. The 1050mAh battery provides charge sufficient for about 240 minutes call time and 200 hours on stand-by.
