HTC Wizard and QTEK 8300 and 8310

Pictures have emerged over at PocketPC Club  and Cool Smartphone (www.coolsmartphone.com) of the HTC Wizard alongside the QTEK 8300 and 8310 devices.

All run Windows Mobile 5.0.

It's the next generation of the HTC Magician known in the real world as the Orange M500, QTEK S100 and T-Mobile MDA Compact.

Qtek 9100 (HTC Wizard) and Qtek 8300, 8310 reviews

I had a Wizard to play with a few weeks ago and it was fabulous!  It really addresses my personal complaints of the Magician in that:

a) It has Wi-Fi (yes I know you can add wi-fi to the Magician with an SD card but I want it integrated for better power management and also reduced risk of snapping the card as they all protude)

b) It has Windows Mobile 5.0 - the two soft keys really make a difference on a device of this form factor so you can drive the whole device without pulling out the stylus.

c) It has a keyboard! - This slides out to the side (unlike the other HTC devices where it slides down)(This picture is from Pocket PC Club)

The device is just slightly thicker than the Magician device that everyone loves so much!

It's going to be a tough time deciding which device is going to be king later this year - what with the Wizard, Universal, i300, Q, 8300, 8310 and soooo many more coming!
