An Inside Look at the TFS Product Team's Quality Process

Brian Harry has been blogging over the past few days about the Team Foundation Server team's product quality process.  So far, he's covered build quality, automated testing, and performance testing

This is a rare and highly detailed look at some internal reports showing what we measure, how often we measure it, and how our daily builds have looked over the past few months.

Brian has plans to write several more articles (probably on the order of 8 or so) in the coming days.

As one of the test managers for TFS, I'm very interested in your questions and opinions on our quality process.  One thing should stand out - this is not just a dev team or QA team effort.  Building a high quality product requires a coordinated teamwide effort.  Remember, you're only as strong as your weakest link.  If the whole team isn't bought into the idea of quality then you're setting yourself up for failure.
