TDD Bookmark Collection - Delay

I know I said last week that I would have the task list and the first list of tests but I have just not had the time over the last week to do it justice. I expect to have it up for review by Tuesday, September 7. By the way, I cannot afford to delay it much past that because I have some commitments in the next few weeks that need this.
