VSCode C/C++ Extension now supports full windows debugging

When we first shipped the VSCode C/C++  extension, it only supported debugging on Linux. After that, we added GDB/LLDB on Mac, and then GDB support for Mingw/Cygwin. However, users kept asking for full debugging support on windows for regular applications. Well, the wait is over. We've released full windows debugging support for regular windows applications. It's time to update your extension.
