eDefine was founded in 1999 as a small internet consulting firm. It's founder and President, Michael Iantosca, worked for AGENCY.COM since 1997 as the Technical Director. As Technical Director, he was responsible for working with clients to understand their business needs, recommend and apply interactive technology to their business processes and manage the development and deployment process to ensure a successful implementation.

The vision for eDefine was to start an internet consulting firm that would not just help companies get on the web but one that would work with companies to apply interactive technology to complex and expensive business processes to make them more efficient.
