In this blog post Jim Nakashima outlines how to migrate an existing ASP.net application that uses SQL Server to Windows Azure. To illustrate this process he used a well-known reference application: Nerd Dinner that has been used to illustrate good ASP.NET design techniques in the past. 

Starting with the following non-Azure solution he performs the a step-by-step conversion to change it to a Windows Azure application.
