Awesome IE11 News, in case you missed it

Big news from the //build conference this week:

1. The IE team has announced a feature-implementation tracking site, which you can find at https://status.modern.ie/. This site shows what IE supports (and when it supported it) and provides a look at what to expect in future versions of Internet Explorer. It also provides links to relevant specifications and information about cross-browser support. This is an awesome resource and I’m very excited that it’s out! Tweet any feedback to @iedevchat.

2. IE11 now offers an Enterprise Mode feature, which allows IT administrators to deploy a list of sites which should run in IE8-Compatibility mode. This feature significantly improves compatibility with legacy sites, while offering major performance improvements over IE8 itself.

3. The F12 Developer tools have been enhanced, and IE11 will ship on Windows Phone 8.1. You can read all about it on the IEBlog.

For all the gory details, check out this MSDN article on the IE11 on Windows 8.1 Update.
