Downloading the Express beta compiler

That reminds me to announce (belatedly): Try out the free Express compiler and play around with the new syntax. Make sure you also get the tool refresh so that you get all the latest parts of the syntax now implemented (e.g., putting .NET Framework types on the stack and having them automatically Disposed for you).
