@Sahin365 : The above configuration you have looks good to me. The sum
of the instances of the logic app (which should be fixed, i.e. always
ready = maximum) should be equal to the instances in the app service
plan (which should also be fixed, i.e. burst = minimum).

this setting in the web.sites/config (max scale instance is 1),which
translates to this per logic app standard (currently we have 3 of them)
