The "War for Talent" is status quo.

First, I would like to acknowledge that "war for talent" is a dated phrase; it's just how things are now. No political commentary (only in my head, kids), but the war metaphor is stale. And...poaching talent doesn't exist. People aren't fish. When can the recruiting industry stop talking a la Glengarry Glen Ross? No coffee for you, recruiting industry. And also...'IT Industry'? Argh. Ok, must stop. Grouchypants over here. On the other hand, I loves me a good infographic. Some interesting stuff here if you can look past some of the taxonomy.
