Statistically, I guess Monday was very depressing

I heard about this from one of my co-workers as well. From Fast Company, and MSNBC, a doctor in Wales calculates that Monday (January 24th) was the most depressing day of the year, statistically. Of course, this is based only on known scenarios (post holidays, cold, it’s a Monday) and not the future depressing scenarios that could occur (like a really bad weather spell, unemployment). Not trying to be a pessimist…just pointing out the flaws in the system. So frankly, it bears no actual meaning unless the doctor can assure me of a fabulous 2005. If that’s what he’s doing, all I can say is….well, thanks doc!

  1. I think someone has a case of the Mondays!!??

(not my most favorite quote from that movie but my favorite is not family friendly for Heather’s blog)

  2. Heather says:

oh no…is that Office Space? One of my good freinds told me yesterday that I will hate it. I think I’m about to dlip it back into the Netflix envelope and send it on it’s way…to the same place that Moulin Rouge went ; )

  3. Heather — You have to at least watch it once. It is a good movie. Maybe more a guy movie but good none the less.

  4. Heather says:

Christopher…it might be like you have to watch "Beaches". I’ll tell ya what. I’ll give it another try and will commit to at least 20 minutes. If it’s still bad, that is it.

  5. I have watched Beaches a few times with my wife as well as While You Were Sleeping, Dirty Dancing, When Harry Met Sally and Notting Hill (along with many more). Actually Notting Hill is one of my favorite movies now with Love Actually. I just put my wife through watching Friday Night Lights so she gets her fill of guy movies.

So please watch Office Space and then make sure your you have the right cover page on your TPS reports!!! 🙂
