iOS Reference App for Action Plans

We are pleased to announce the release of a new reference app that uses an updated iOS SDK (CocoaPod link) to Github. The reference app code is open source and can be used to build a HealthVault connected app. It contains an implementation of Action Plans with HealthKit connectivity built in. This can be used to build your own remote monitoring patient app or to incorporate action plans into your existing iOS app.

The sample uses our Action Plan APIs and has support for the below key features:

  • Log into HealthVault.
  • View daily tasks and log them easily.
  • Generate sample tasks.
  • Manage and edit tasks.
  • Reminder support.
