The HealthVault team would like your opinion on how we’re doing, and we’d appreciate it if you take the time to take our Partner Survey.

To take the survey, do the following:

  1. Navigate to https://connect.microsoft.com.
  2. Enter “healthvault” in the search box, and click on “go”.
  3. Click on the HealthVault connect site (you may be able to get there directly with this link).
  4. Click on the Survey link under surveys.

We will use the responses we receive to make improvements to how we operate.
