Delegates to the 2009 Institute of Public Administration of Australia (IPAA) Annual Conference will today be addressed by Prime Minister Kevin Rudd.

Over 500 public servants, academics and people interested in the public administration are gathered in Brisbane for this year's conference which is examining the theme 'The Changing Public Sector Climate'. Prime Minister Rudd will deliver the 2009 Garran Oration this (Friday) afternoon on the theme, "The Future for Public Administration as the Nation Responds to Global Developments and Changing Community Expectations".
