Visual Studio Team System 2010 Revealed

Yesterday the product team of Visual Studio team system started to reveal some of the new features in Visual Studio and today the announcements concentrated on the Architecture edition. Watching the screen casts I got really excited about the new capabilities of the Architecture Explorer and the Layer Diagram. I think these are really cool tools that will help to develop software faster and more predictable. The concepts used are based on simplicity and I love it. There is not much more beauty in Engineering than applying simple solutions to solve complex problems.Certainly there is still a way to go, but it is great to see the progress and I can’t wait to get my hands on the next CTP promised for release soon……..
