As if a live launch event presentation wasn’t risky enough…

…here’s how I add even more excitement to the day. Taken in Charlotte, NC. 🙂

Heh.  That looks very familiar 🙂  As I recall, that cup was really quite full of water … "Ready for a new day" indeed!

Sorry, Brian! I forgot to credit the photo to you!

  3. Don’t forget: tomorrow, 2/13, is the local launch event for Vista and Office in Greensboro, NC.

Wow… living on the edge there, Glen!!! 🙂

Are you OK? I was at the Waldorf Astoria where you gave a presentation this past Tuesday. You said you had to lie down and that’s what you did behind the podium. At first, I thought this was part of an act… Are you diabetic?

FYI, next time this happens, an orange is better at boosting your sugar than a cookie. Anyway, I thought you had some pretty darn good jokes, the "total eclipse of the heart" and then when no one laughed at another joke you threatened to lay down behind the podium again. All in all I think that was the most interesting presentation I have seen in a long time.

You should consider incorporating the fainting part into your presentation right before break time. Maybe the fainting can be a little more dramatic than "I have to lie down for a minute."

You really earned the applause they gave you.
