Saw some amazing stuff today to enable people to really give their web and windows apps killer appearances and behaviors today. Much improved from the old model of having a designer hand over a bitmap to the developer who then sweats for days compositing the UI all over again. The triumverate of Sparkle, Acrylic and Quartz in the Microsoft Expressions family totally rock. Is anyone out there interested in seeing these shown at MSDN Events? Leave comments!

Another cool thing I saw was InfoPath in Office 12 - you can actually make forms that can be delivered to the browser by a server-based engine. The form can even be delivered in an optimized layout to mobile devices. InfoPath is finally a viable developer platform!
