I've been using an HP h6315 for a while
.
Despite occassional annoyances, I think it's a pretty cool device. It came with a clip-on keyboard that I hardly ever use (I got a ThinkOutside Bluetooth keyboard that is fantastic).

Anyway, a newer model that people have been waiting a while for is the 6515, and it's available now for pre-order. Bluetooth, WiFi, GPRS and even GPS - check it out!
