NSA launches new security program called Perfect Citizen. The hope is that Perfect Citizen will hopefully help deter cyber attacks against critical government infrastructure such as utilities, electricity grids, and nuclear power plants.

Hopefully they also implement a software security assurance process such as the Microsoft SDL to help proactively mitigate application security risks.
