Philly .net Code Camp Call for Speakers

The next Philly .net Code Camp will be held on May 19th. They're still working on a site for the event, so for now, just drop a line to Bill Wolff at bill at businessagility dot net.

From Bill:

Philly.net is planning three Code Camp events again this year. They will be spaced four months apart with the first on May 19, the second on September 22, and the third on January 12. We are looking for speakers to fill 30 sessions at each event. There will be more than 150 attendees. You are encouraged to submit one or two talks on any .NET related topic (this includes, SQL, SharePoint, BizTalk and other servers). There will be five concurrent tracks with six eighty minute talks. Here is a tentative schedule:

registration

8:30-9:50

10:00-11:20

11:30-12:50

1:30-2:50

3:00-4:20

If you would like to speak on May 19, please reply to this email. Over the next few days, work up a title and  topic description. We will add these to the web site and the email announcement that goes out to 3,000+. Close to the event, we would like to see a short bio and head shot. If you prefer a specific session time, let me know. We will try and accommodate as the schedule permits.

Remember, this is a CODE CAMP. You don't need polished slides, just some interesting code or applications that developers might enjoy and learn from!

I'll post an update when they have a web site up, or if I get more info.
