Robots and .net

Don't know how I missed this, but apparently last month, we announced the availability of a Community Technology Preview release of a new product, Microsoft Robotics Studio. The product works with the .net Framework 2.0, and can integrate with Visual Studio 2005, and also includes a visualization environment for simulating robotic devices that you program.

I'm not sure how you could get much more geeky than this, but that's all good. Apparently, one of the third-parties that will be supporting the Microsoft Robotics Studio runtime is LEGO's MINDSTORM robotics toolset. LEGOs, robotics, and .net...how cool can you get?
