Easy localization for ASP.NET

Before anyone accuses me of ignoring the current release of ASP.NET in favor of 2.0...and I'll admit it, I like 2.0 much better, though I do recognize lots of folks still have to live in the 1.0/1.1 world...I was talking with my colleage Geoff Snowman yesterday about an upcoming conference talk and he highlighted an easy technique for localizing ASP.NET applications, with very little code.

When I went to write up a quick sample, I couldn't remember exactly what namespaces Geoff had mentioned, so I did a quick search, and found this column by Jeff Prosise (I'm actually watching Jeff right now at Devscovery...he's talking about custom HttpModules), which covers this techique for localization.
