Recently Microsoft has release the much awaited SP2 for SQL Server 2005. Guys go and grab it – it has bug fixes and most importantly lot of performance gains in addition to support for Vardecimal
Read the “What’s New in SQL Server 2005 SP2” and please don’t forget to test the SP2 on test / staging environment before applying it to production.
Warning – Once SQL Server 2005 SP2 has been applied, it cannot be removed without uninstalling the entire product.
