Well I guess this confirms that I am really using my Windows 7 install now: I had to go hunting to see if there was a version of  Remote Server Administration Tools that would run on Windows 7. This tool is a key component of any administrators tool box and I am please to let you know that the Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows 7 beta is indeed available.

For those of you who have not not used it these tools enables administrators to manage roles and features that are installed on remote computers that are running Windows Server 2008 R2 (and, for some roles and features, Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2003) from a remote computer that is running Windows 7.
