Well, with the new year firmly under way, I thought I should get around to getting everyone up to date on the InfoCard front.

We've been extremely busy on the InfoCard team, and it's going to really show when you all get to see the progress that has been made. We've went through quite a few object model changes, and so I'm starting to peice together new samples, end-to-end scenario whitepapers for best practices, and communicating more.

Next week, I'll be at the RSA conference in San Jose, from the 13th to the 16th.  If you are at the conference, come stop by and we can chat.

Next up on the list is MIX06 in Vegas! (March 20-22) where I'm going to be presenting my session on getting up and running with Infocard on your own website:

From “Username and Password” to InfoCard

Focus(s): Architect, Business Decision Maker, Developer

InfoCard can bring a new level of security to authenticating users to your site. In this session, take a deep developer look at how this can be achieved. A traditional forms-based authentication implementation is converted to use InfoCard, along with explanations of the Web services, protocols, and security considerations that one needs to understand.

More to come later...
