Вакансия 1 - Technical Audience Marketing Manager (Community)

Job’s Purpose

Main responsibilities of Technical Audience Marketing Managerwill be to:

  • Build strategy for online resources for influnecers: IT Bonus loyalty program, ITcommunity/GotDotNet/Ineta sites.
  • Support product launches by organizing “community launches” in regions
  • Work with regional leaders to strengthen regional community and increase their activity
  • Work with CPLSs to support regional clubs and continue expansion to regions
  • Work with local BGs and DPE Evengelists on engagement with top influencers during visits to different cities
  • Drive IT Bonus loyalty program to increase number of influencers and activities around Microsoft
  • Drive ITcommunity/GotDotNet/Ineta sites integration for offering the best platform for MS influencers
  • Work with MVP lead to grow talents from regional influencers
  • Work with corp team on getting benefits for influencers

Qualifications

  • BA and 5+ years of marketing experience expected.
  • Business/marketing experience in the software industry across these audiences (developer, IT Pro and community at large) required
  • Sites management experience (10k+ pages, 500k+ visitros monthly) is required
  • Fluency in English
  • Understand the competitive landscape and the strengths and weaknesses of Microsoft technology in this space
  • Demonstrate the passion and tenacity for expert program management and execution.
  • Operational excellence and ability to scale optimal campaign & event delivery results
  • Orientation with evidence marketing and PR
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, organized, decisive, detail & action-oriented, innovative and able to motivate, inspire, and lead teams with a high degree of independence & success ъ
  • May include evening calls with Redmond team
  • Computer skills - must be proficient in Microsoft technologies: Office Suite, SharePoint, Live Meeting, etc.

Вакансия 2 - Technical Audience Marketing Manager (Online)

Job’s Purpose

Main responsibilities of Technical Audience Marketing Manager will be to:

  • Build strategy for online presence of TA resources and engagement with technical audience
  • Support product launches by adding relevant content to the sites
  • Prepare technical specification for conferences sites (Platforma, DevCon, etc) and work with vendor on the execution
  • Work with Corp teams: STO, TAGM to build sustainable flow of localized materials coming to TechNet/MSDN sites
  • Work with local BGs and DPE Evengelists on the content for MSDN/TechNet sites
  • Review User Experience specifications and give feedback on Server & Tools Online feature set and relevance for Russian market.
  • Contribute to planning activities, budgeting, resource allocation and release schedules.
  • Manage Russian MSDN and TechNet sites team: editor, designer, content managers, publisher to deliver the quality of the content published to Russian MSDN/TechNet sites
  • Support the growth of TechNet and MSDN CARE Program (trials and betas)
  • Drive MSDN and TechNet sites reach and awareness among technical audience in Russia
