OK, we all need to like Twitter because we want to be Web 2.0, right??
But Twitter can be such a valuable channel to connect to your audience. But you have to respect three simple rules:
1. Offer value. Nobody will consume your Twitter feed when you simply repeat advertising messages. You need to offer something on top.
2. Remember it is bidirectional. Somebody can use Twitter to answer questions you pose, give you feedback, what ever. Twitter is not to be puzzled with “firstname.lastname@example.org”
3. Be consistent. Don’t let your Twitter feed run dry but don’t tweet rubbish just to have done something.
