Microsoft cares about its employees...!!

Hi...

I am now in Ireland. In a hotel which has been somekind of castle a few centuries ago. I will stay here for a whole week taking part in a seminar on people management.

People management is part of my role now for 2 years and I learned a lot. It has been an absolut pleasure for me to be the leading member of my team and I enjoyed every single moment.

But as always you never stop learning. So I appreciate the possibility to learn more and to improve. Especially in this hotel and especially in a group of people managers from all over Europe. It will be a very interesting week, I'm sure.

On the other hand it shows the care Microsoft has towards its employees. But for now... my tea is waiting ;-)
