Dave Glover mentioned the Enterprise Instrumentation Framework during his session at the Security Summit.

 

A small clarification, The Enterprise Instrumentation Framework was previously available only to MSDN Universal and MSDN Enterprise subscribers, but henceforth this feature will be available via the download center for ALL Microsoft customers
