Composite Services Guidance - CTP1

Yesterday we shipped the first public drop of our guidance for building composite services. This guidance includes several SOA pattern implementations such as Policy Centralization but I’m most excited about the work we’ve done around capturing business related service metrics. We provide the ability to define the metrics to be collected in service policies and then dynamically associate these policies to services. ETW is then used to monitor the service activity, even if the service is not hosted in IIS (a limitation of AppFabric). Take a look at the videos to get a jump start.
