CAB Hands On Labs released

We have just released to our community site the updated Hands on Labs for CAB in C#. The newly updated labs contain additional excercises covering the new features in CAB like extensibility through Object Builder. There's also content and examples of features not available in the QuickStarts that ship with the block, like use of MDI Workspaces.
