CAB CTP2 Release plan updated

We have just announced a new release plan for the CAB. The CTP 2 will be available on October 7th. (2 weeks from now). Initially, we had planned to release it on Friday 23rd.

The delay is rooted in our decision to target .NET 2.0 Release Candidate instead of the August CTP as we had originally planned. After PDC, we have received an significant amount of requests to use this version of .NET 2.0; so we decided it was worth changing that given our goal of minimizing the changes for the final release.

I know everybody would like to have CAB earlier (inluding myself!), but we are committed to the highest quality standards and this change requires testing and fixing stuff.
