Updater BITS2.0 Fix!

BITS 2.0 has brought in breaking changes that requires configuration changes or code changes for the Updater Application Block to work. The safest fix required a code change. Due to unavailability of time and resource to provide a quality code (as released on MSDN) we are now providing this fix as-is and request community to help support it.
