SP1 releases continue

Something for the team to be very proud of, as of yesterday SP1 was available on Microsoft Update, there were a couple of problems with non-english SKUs but those should be addressed now. Of course this also means that SP1 is available for WSUS users.

SQL Express is not supported as of this time, but the team is working on it for a future timeframe.
