SQL Server Express Advanced Services Beta

Oh my, we obviously let the person that named SQL Server Management Studio Express Edition loose again.

After getting a ton of feedback on express towards the end of the cycle and since we RTM’d, we had announced some changes in the packaging (support for Reporting Services was an exmaple) of Express. You can now apply for a beta of this new packaging

By quoting from zdnet uk news "IBM sets DB2 database free" (http://news.zdnet.com/2100-3513_22-6032676.html), <em>"It can be deployed on systems with two processor cores or up to two dual-core chips on Advanced Micro Devices- or Intel-based servers. The memory limit is 4GB but there are no limits on the size of database or number of users."</em>. Will MS reconsider their limits? At least remove the file size limits?
