SpreadsheetGear Announces Support for Open XML

A company named SpreadsheetGear has announced support for Open XML. Their product’s purpose is to make Windows Forms based and ASP.NET based reports and dashboards from Excel worksheets and charts. In-cell editing and an optional FormulaBar control provide the ability to enter and edit cell values and formulas. It includes a calculation engine, control of formatting, and lots of charting features. It supports the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 SP1, 3.0, and 3.5, both 32 bit and 64 bit. Because of its architecture, it works in a server environment. Pretty cool product. For more information, https://www.spreadsheetgear.com.

It’s really gratifying to me to see folks take advantage of the business opportunities that Open XML affords.
