Are you a UK ISV with something great to say about Visual Studio 2008, SQL Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008?

At the moment there is a lot of activity in Microsoft UK to gather up all the great stories from our early adopters we have been working with - everything from videos to case studies to short sound bytes.

Which made me realise that we must be missing out on lots of great stories from other UK ISVs we do not have a direct engagement with.

If you are a UK ISV with a great experience of one (or all!) of these products and would be happy to share with us (and in turn we share with others - in our events, press meetings etc) then please drop me a line with a short quote, your name, job title and company name. There is no "uber plan" around this - I just know we would find them useful to help make 2008 a great launch year for these products. Much appreciated.

Examples I have already had:

  • "WCF in .NET Framework 3.5 is amazing! I knew what I wanted to do but it was way slicker than I even hoped. Nice work!”
  • "Great work with the new pipeline in IIS7. We have made significant saving in time and effort by being able to now use managed code instead of native."
  • "Working with Visual Studio 2008 Betas has been a pleasant surprise and the ability to build .NET Framework 2.0 solutions is great. The Betas were much more stable than we expected and hence we made the decision to switch our entire development team to Visual Studio 2008 the moment it was released."
