Silverlight 1.0 Released - and Linux support announced

Today we released Silverlight 1.0 for Windows and Mac and announced Silverlight for Linux (working in partnership with Novell). Silverlight is a cross platform, cross browser plug-in that enables designers and developers to build rich media experiences and .NET based rich internet applications for the web. It rocks - although (as any early adopter will tell you) it is not without compromise in version 1.0.

The interesting thing is Silverlight is coming up in nearly every conversation I am having with ISVs (and nope - not because I mention it!).
